Be students in the final two-year of Bachelor level in related majors.
GPA at least 3.0/4.0 and have a good command of English.
Be available for a full-time internship from August.
Be eager to learn and open-minded with a "Can-do" attitude.
What position that we are looking for?

Communication Interns [6 months]
Job Description:
Assist with content creation and management of social media sites, website, online campaigns, and digital advertising channels.
Assist in organizing branding activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Customer Relation Intern [2 months]
Job Description:
Do plan and prepare for customers' activity like Moon cake giving/ Mill visiting and others.
Take care for admin task of office.
Support to corporate work with internal sections and outside companies/ organizations.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Risk & Compliance Management Intern [3 months]
Job Description:
Support for research and translation (English - Vietnamese) of company's document, regulation on personal data protection in accordance with Vietnamese law.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Learning & Development Intern [5 months]
Job Description:
Analyze training needs to determine necessary skills and knowledge in accordance with the Company's development orientation;
Coordinate with departments and partners to design training programs;
Make detailed training plans for each program to ensure control over the implementation of training activities and effective use of budget;
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training programs according to plans to ensure effective implementation;
Coordinate with departments to provide training for new employees to help new employees integrate into the Company environment;
Manage processes, monitor, update and store training records and data to ensure compliance with Company procedures and processes, legal regulations and periodic reporting;
Coordinate with departments to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs;
Perform data analysis to make improvements in appropriate training methods and programs to ensure employees are equipped with enough capacity to do the job;
Propose and advise on issues related to career development and capacity development for employees;
Coordinate with departments to carry out activities to support employees in applying knowledge from the training program into real work;
Monitor new market trends and developments in the field of employee training and development for updates, improvements and applications.
Branding Intern
Job Description:
Implement organizational planning, program design, implementation of offline marketing activities: fairs, seminars and training to promote sales;
Implement online marketing: write articles, analyze through online media and SEO, forum, Forum, TVC, Email Marketing;
Synthesize information and feedback from the market and customers, make recommendations to adjust sales policies, regulations, and sales programs to increase marketing and sales effectiveness;
Manage arties, Images and buld and develop communication to; Website, Newsiter, Brand
Plan, organize and participate in award activities;
Connect and maintain relationships with press and media to promote the Company;
Implement sales support tools (CRM/ sales tools) to strengthen the connection between Customers and the Company;
Plan and implement community activities (CSR) to enhance the Company's brand value;
Carry out communication activities, build relationships with government agencies and press agencies related to brand protection;
Implement internal communication activities.
Admin Marketing Intern [3 months]
Job Description:
Support Customer Event
Create leaflet for new products
Research information of Customer satisfaction
Coordiate market campainges with sales activities (promotion papperworks, Support sales in caravan)
Register the promotion activities.

Finance & Accounting Intern [2 months]
Job Description:
Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
