Manage end to end for recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview, salary offer,...
Deliver onboarding & orientation programs for new hires.
2/ Training & Development
Set up and manage internal training program for employees.
3/ Employee Engagament
Advise the management on changes/solutions to improve HR services and enhance the inspiring working environment when necessary.
Join in organizing company's events, employee activities, team - building, games, training, recognition programs,...
4/ Payroll
Monitor labor contracts, employee database, promotion, bonus decision, performance evaluation process
Check and manage the monthly payroll, PIT.
5/Administration task concerning with Expat, office environment (if any)
Yêu cầu
Priority for local citizen in Dong Nai
University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
Experience within production factory.
