1. Accounting Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely
Prepare invoices, payment requests, and follow up on receivables/payables
Reconcile bank statements and accounting records
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
2. TMS Operations
Operate and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS)
Monitor shipment data, transportation costs, and system accuracy
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Identify and resolve system issues or data discrepancies
Generate reports and analyze transportation performance metrics
Propose improvements to optimize system usage and operational efficiency
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and IT teams
Support process improvement initiatives related to accounting and TMS
Provide training or guidance to users on TMS when needed
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting or logistics operations (experience with TMS is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems is preferred
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good command of English (written and spoken)
