I. Location:
Vinaconex Building, Lang Ha, Hanoi
II. What you'll do:
- Support the preparation of quotations, service proposals, contracts, and sales-related documents.
- Assist in contract filing, document control, and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teams to ensure document accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce Schneider Electric service offerings.
- Support customer follow-up activities regarding quotations, contract renewals, and service opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns, customer events, and lead generation activities.
III. Qualifications
- Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
