Scholarship Coordinator, SGS Campus

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
1. A relevant tertiary degree (e.g. business administration related).
2. At least five years of experience in a customer service, administrative position.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret a wide range of information, solve problems and provide advice on the development of effective solutions.
4. International or cross-cultural work experience and sensitivity to cultural differences and communication issues. Demonstrated ability to work with and understand different cultures
5. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize competing demands and undertake and manage multiple tasks, and capacity to resolve work issues with limited assistance.
6. Demonstrated capacity in business process improvement, information
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public presentation skills and the ability to produce a high level of written documentation and business correspondence.
8. Well-developed project coordination, organisational and planning skills.
9. Ability to recognise customer needs and appropriate service expectations and deliverables.
10. Proven ability to show strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing information, written communications and budgets.
11. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the position, as per the RMIT Behavioural Capability Framework (Connectedness, Commitment to Excellence - Improve and Simplify; Imagination and Innovation; Impact; Inclusion; Agility).
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS with a score of at least 5.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).
