* Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Aviation Management, or related field.
* Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in university relations, recruitment, partnership development, or
business development.
• Experience engaging with universities or technical training institutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering faculties or technical education networks is an advantage.
