1. Import Shipment Process:
- Receive shipment information from logistics parties/factories, update to control table.
- Check draft invoice, packing list, draft C/O then confirm with factories to process submission.
- Send draft shipping documents to forwarders to get double checking and confirmation.
- Work with related departments (Marketing, factories, product regulation compliance) to get information about the import products (if any).
- Follow shipment schedule from pre-shipment to ETD, update final import documents to forwarders, arrange quality inspecting registration by forwarders.
- Follow forwarders to process E-customs declaration.
- Arrange delivery to Panasonic warehouse, customer warehouse, re-use containers.
- Update customs lead time and delivery for shipments.
- Process Insurance claim for damaged products of shipments in charge.
2. Report:
- Follow Import SOP and KPI Manage KPI of customs lead time.
- Make weekly, monthly report related to SOP and KPI.
3. Other tasks in import team when being assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major
- From 1 year of work experiences in import
- Having knowledge of Vietnamese import-export laws, customs regulations, quality inspecting registration for import
- Working experience in logistics company is preferable
- Good at Excel, SAP and Power BI experience is preferable
- Good at English
- Be willing to sign 8-month contract
