SCM Officer

1. Purchasing
 Purchasing component, sub-material, other items using Oracle systems
 Control PO issuing; Prepare P.O/ P.R and other related documents to submit for the manager's approval
 Review inventories and order as required.
 Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
 Control quality, cost and delivery; make sure to supply material, goods to other department on time with the best quality and best price; continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
 Handle with arising matter relating to materials, work with suppliers when problem occurs
 Input material to the warehouse, create purchasing reports
 Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/ price/ delivery date/ payment terms/ tax issues/ material specifications and so on
 Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects
 Others jobs upon request of Manager
2. Manage all operation at warehouse
- Management and warehouse operations system; control all goods in and out of warehouse
- Manage the space of warehouse, the storage place of material and finished goods
- Make and control all the procedures, work flows of warehouse operation
- Ensure that the materials, finished goods are imported and exported with correct quantity
- Build up WH procedure, regulation, targets
- Manage inventory activities: daily and regularly; Supervise stocktaking and make report periodically
- Propose countermeasure in case inventory has problem
- Control FIFO, 5S
- Control and Manage safety in warehouse
- Be in charge of managing all equipment's, tools in the warehouse such as: products, forklifts, etc. Manage facilities in warehouse
Manage personnel at warehouse
- Manage all staff and operators at WH
- Educate, training staff and operator, Ensure that staff and operator always obey working processes and company's regulations
- Ensure operator work effectively and at schedule; control the warehouse work efficiency
