Mô tả công việc

1. Material Forecast, Planning
Base on production plan for next coming months to calculate real material demand to align Supply Plan with Customer
- Align Supply Plan with Customer
- Check CMP (Capacity Master Plan)
- Check CTB (Clear To Build: RAW Material status summary)
- Check Daily Shipping Quantity
- Check Daily Production Quantity
Establish of Daily & Monthly Plan for Production line
2. ERP & MES System
- Search BOM: Bill of Material
- Routing Check (Standard of Assy between MES & ERP)
- Check Inventory quantity
- Work Order Release & Error Check
- Confirm Material Request
- Transaction Status of Material/WIP
- Key in Production Plan
- Release PR: Purchase Request
MES System: Check Production Qty of each stations and yield
3. Report & others
Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization, also with other request for leadership team.

Yêu cầu

• Electrical product; Part by Part Order; Demand Planning; Supply chain management; Inbound Logistics; Inventory Management; Oracle, G-ERP System
Experience/Education:
• Graduated from University, College
• At least 02 years of experience in Part Ordering (oversea & local), Demand Planning
• Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written in English
• Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
• Good office computer skill (MS office, websit
