The Job
About the Company: GrapeSEED is part of the GrapeCity family of companies, delivering international English curriculum to children aged 4-12. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are modernizing our platform and introducing a new generation of products and services. As Scrum Master in the Global Technology Division, you will facilitate Agile delivery, coach cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Role Summary:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams in Scrum principles, Agile practices, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Act as a servant leader: empower teams, promote self-organization, and remove delivery obstacles
- Partner with Product Managers/Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning
- Monitor progress; identify and proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Foster collaboration among Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and other stakeholders
- Promote transparency through Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Facilitate communication and alignment across distributed, international teams
- Support adoption of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Your Skills and Experience
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager within software development teams
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and the SDLC
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward continuous improvement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Designers, business stakeholders)
- Practical experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps; familiarity with Agile metrics
- Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal English - daily communication with global teams
- Experience with distributed or international teams is highly desirable
- Servant-leadership mindset, strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills; empathy and emotional intelligence
