Role responsibilities
• Be the Scrum Master (SCRUM/LeSS) for the team, leading the activities of grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Possess strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly
• Risk management skills
• Contribute to backlog management, prioritization within the team
• Prepare user stories agree with team and Product Owner
• Contribute towards release planning and release signoffs
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and process

Your Skills and Experience
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related. PMP or an equivalent Agile (SCRUM, LeSS) certification would be considered an asset
• At least 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role, good banking knowledge is an advantage
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
