Mô tả công việc
Job Description:
Accompany and coach the international development team in the use of Agile methods.
Follow with rigor the progress of the backlog treatment, find solutions to limit the blocking points, and share with relevant stakeholders.
Help the team to identify obstacles and define action plans to resolve them.
Facilitate Agile meetings (poker planning, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective).
Be the interface and key point of contact between Client and the internal team.
Animate the project team with enthusiasm and optimism using Client&039;s internal process and rituals.
Facilitate the realization of Agile/Scrum projects.

Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements:
Academic Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology and related technical majors, or equivalent hand-on experience in IT Software.
4-6 yearstotal experience, with minimum 2 years as a Project Manager or Scrum Master for large-scale software development projects.
Ability to communicate and provide deliverables in English.
Experience in team management as well as financial control and budget management.
Experience to run Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams.
Strong business oriented spirit and delivery processing skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira.
