Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose
The job holder:
- Upholds and promotes Scrum by helping 1 - 2 Squads / Scrum Teams understand and apply Scrum values, theory, rules and practices.
- Serves as a conduit between product owners and development teams to achieve specific milestones and deliverables.
- Ensures that squads are working on the right tasks at the right time according to agile principles.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Scrum Standards and Efficiency for Squads
- Facilitate squads or project teams to think out-of-the-box and collaborate to improve efficiency and velocity.
- Guide teams for continuous improvement momentum and clear obstacles to help them meet delivery timelines.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/showcase, sprint retrospective) for 1-2 squads.
- Support Product Owners on features backlog, prioritization and release planning that will realise the greatest business value.
- Help team members to use and navigate agile tools and software (Confluence, Jira, Slack, Trello, PPM).
- Map out execution plans and communicate roles, responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables and schedules for tribes and squads.
- Discuss open issues, status and roll forward action items (focus on process-oriented issues).

Coaching and Training
- Work with Agile Coach to drive overall coaching program for squads.
- Develop and implement different retrospective formats to promote fun and engaging team events.

- Use concepts of game thinking and game mechanics to engage users in problem solving.
- Deliver basic level training on agile and scrum methodologies.
- Help squads identify gaps between current practices and Agile and Lean values, principles and practices.

Junior Scrum Master
- A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information technology or a
related discipline
- Project management certification in PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management is preferred
- Professional certification in CSM, PSM I / II / III, PMI-ACP, CSP-S is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate, preferably banking organization
- Basic Knowledge of Product Development & Process Improvements practices
- Keen to facilitate team working sessions
- Known to LEAN methodologies
- Known to Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, Trello, PPM)
Senior Scrum Master
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information
technology or a related discipline
- Project management certification in PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management is preferred
- Professional certification in CSM, PSM I / II / III, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a leading bank or fintech organization
- Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g. Test Driven Development, CICD, DevOps,
automation)
- Experienced with concepts of iterative and incremental development
- Experienced with process improvement and LEAN methodologies
- Experienced in planning and facilitating team working sessions
- Proficient in Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Miro, Slack, Trello, PPM)
- A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information technology or a
related discipline
- Project management certification in PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management is preferred

Salary: upto 50M / Negotiable according to capacity
- 13th month salary + project-based bonus + soft bonus based on work performance + bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team ++
- Reviewing salary increase 2 times/year, based on work performance and company's performance;
- Participating in diverse projects, developing and applying the latest technologies.
- In addition to monthly salary, allowances for certificates in Japanese, ISTQB, AWS, Salesforce ... will from 1-5 million vnd /month.
- The company is scaling up quickly with lots of opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Supporting Japanese courses and advanced courses to improve professional skills; opportunities to work and train abroad.
- Working hour: From Monday to Saturday morning.
- Flexible working time. "Overtime" (OT) is limited. Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law.
