Job description
PURPOSE OF JOB
To facilitate and coach Agile practices for all squads consisting of developers, QC, product design, and a product manager.
Help the squads to achieve their sprint goals, remove any impediments, and improve their performance by adopting Agile methodologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach the team on the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework, ensuring that the team is applying the processes effectively.
Guide the team on Scrum activities and events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Guide the product owner in writing user stories and prioritization.
Guide the development team to do estimation and coordinate the work.
Remove the impediments and roadblocks that are impacting the team's ability to deliver the sprint goals.
Come up with metrics to report back to the management team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
