WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING
Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Team Coaching: Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices, helping them continuously improve their performance, productivity, and self-organization.
Remove Impediment: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to deliver value consistently.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business goals and objectives.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on team progress, using Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Scrum Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest Agile and Scrum trends and best practices, and ensure their implementation within the organization.
Conflict Resolution: Help resolve conflicts within the team and with external parties in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Yêu cầu

Must have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment at least 3 years.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Good at the following soft skills: communication, facilitation, problem-solving, collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and influence other people.
Self-motivated and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6+, TOEFL iBT 60+, TOEIC 750+)
Nice to have:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
Advanced Scrum certifications are the advantage (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional).
Experience with large-scale web applications (e.g.: e-Commerce, ERP, SaaS web app...).
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
