As Seafreight Export Operations Specialist you hold the strings:
● To ensure having the proper planning for the shipment after receiving the routing order/booking from customers or from Logwin oversea or from Logwin Vietnam
● To ensure getting approval from customers as well as account owner before proceeding the shipments
● To place booking with shipping lines/co-loaders and send the booking confirmation to the shipper
● To ensure all shipment data & shipping details to be uploaded in Logwin operating system
● To ensure sending Bill of Lading, invoice and related documents (if any) to concerned parties in due time or as per KPI set by Logwin
● To ensure "the tracking and tracing" of the shipment voyage and timely update to concerned parties
● To ensure 100% KPI of customers to be achieved
● To ensure the accuracy of cost to be charged by shipping lines/vendors
● To ensure "job costing" in due time and accuracy
● To build close relationship with customers
● To ensure all documents of the shipment to be uploaded in Logwin operation system
