Legal Secretary cum Receptionist (Ho Chi Minh City)
We are seeking a Secretary with the ability to take on duties managing the office reception area. As a Secretary, you will be expected to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to a team of lawyers. Your responsibilities will include managing the lawyers' calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expense claim, perform data-entry, documentation, printing, and filling duties, preparing documentations or assist the Lawyer in any duties or project activitiesetc.
Your duties as a Receptionist/Admin would include welcoming and assisting guests, receiving and forwarding calls, receiving and delivering external and internal letters/parcels, supporting the Office Manager and undertaking other miscellaneous admin tasks & support duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a degree in English or Communications would be advantageous)
Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
At least 2 years of working experience, and prior experience in a Receptionist role or related frontline/client-facing role and a Legal Secretary would be advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in client service
Ability to produce accurate and meticulous work
Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver on tight deadlines
Independent worker who is able to work well within a cross-cultural team
Proficient in MS Office
