KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Be responsible for the working results of Investigators in order to enhance operational effectiveness of Investigation Team to satisfy the business requirements.
Investigate the difficult and complicated cases to collect sufficient documents and evidence to ensure the success of violation handling closure or prosecution.
Cooperate with the authorities in investigation (as requested) and maintain the relationship with the law enforcement agencies to ensure the success of fraud cases handling.
Give proposals for improvements on Departmental procedures in order to meet business requirements and consult Departmental Management with the proper methods / solutions for new type of fraud.
Cooperate with Investigation Supervisors / Specialists Supervisors in handling related tasks in order to enhance the working quality and effectiveness.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Education: Intermediate School / College / University degree, preferably in Security / Police / Law.
Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant experience in civil / criminal investigation or in Security Management.
Able to conduct independent research and analysis.
Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
internet...).
Interview / Interrogation skills and other investigation methods
(including aggregation, cause and effect analysis, searching for
documents and evidences).
Understand necessary legal regulations to handle the cases and
to hand over cases to the authorities (as requested).
Be able to establish good relationships with the local authorities /
the law enforcement agencies .
Be able to perform multi-tasks with different priorities.
Be able to set priority and timely accomplish assigned tasks.
Problem solving skill.
