JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for carrying out the company's security policies and procedures to protect employees, customers, and property. The role involves monitoring premises, following established internal control processes, and reporting security incidents to supervisors and management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Patrol and monitor assigned areas within the factory to ensure safety and security.
Follow and comply with all internal security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist with access control for employees, contractors, and visitors; check badges and guide them as required.
Detect, record, and immediately report any irregularities, breaches, or security incidents to the Security Supervisor/Manager.
Participate fully in required security training sessions and apply learned procedures.
Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors in handling incidents or when additional security support is needed.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\
1. Education
- Graduated from intermediate school or higher majoring in Security or Military, with a high school diploma or equivalent (exp)
2. Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in security internal
3. Knowledge of
- Language: Vietnamese as mother language.
4. Skills and Abilities
- Professional style, confidence in communication, and flexibility in handling situations.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Calm under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Prior experience working in a corporate security environment preferred.
- Able to work weekends and evenings.
