Mô tả công việc

Are you energized by a high-profile Marketing and Sales training role where you will act as leadership and high accountability in SE and ME areas to help GSK to build a best in class Field organization and ensure quality execution vs plan to support profitable growth agenda of local? If so, this Selling and Marketing Excellence Lead role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.
As a Selling and Marketing Excellence Lead, you will partner with EM and LOC commercial leadership teams to align the Emerging Markets Selling Excellence and MKT Excellence strategy with the LOC/Area priorities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
(*). Strategy and Operations:
- Inline with GSK EM Comex on Selling Execellence and MKT excellence strategic, priority, and planning in short, medium and long term capability needs with local market requirements and business dynamics
- Champion collaborative ways of working with LOC/EM comex SE and ME and lead the communication and alignment to the SE and CE priority
- Ensure that E2E standards are implemented effectively across business units of the LOC
- Work in a highly collaborative way with the LOC/EM leadership team with a focus on jointly-creating solutions, providing expertise and supporting local LOC/Area experimentation
- Establish a strong partnership with LOC Commercial and demonstrate a strong understanding of business challenges and Commercial insight
- Drive the team to create the SE and ME operation and Brand plans aligned to the business priorities with cross functional stakeholders and deliver on the agreed priorities
- Drive and track the implementation of the SE and ME strategy and operational plan using appropriate KPIs and scorecards. Report on progress at regular intervals with the leadership team and adjusts based on feedback.
- Manage / Enhance the simplified overall Training capability and coaching related processes and provide required approvals to ensure that all deliverables are executed accurately and timely
- To manage team budget and develop/coaching team's competencies to fulfil Selling Excellence and Commercial Effectiveness 's Objectives
(*). Learning and Capability:
- Champion the use of a wide range of effective qualitative and quantitative techniques, including external perspectives, to gain deep insight into current and future capability needs at all levels of the LOC
- Design and develop best in class solutions that build the required individual and LOC FF and MKT's capabilities
- Drive the team to design and align learning assets, call flows and knowledge questions to the highest standard and aligned with Good Call Outcome
- To enable "Best Practice Sharing" of Field Force operation & MKT action & training plan across Business Units
(*). Drive Performance and Impact:
- Leading the lead the synergic and harmonization between Training Team and Commercial Effectiveness team to design and implement improvement plans based on the trends and agreed areas of improvement across business units to support profitable growth agenda of LOC
- Leverage data to link lead measures to lag measures and based on the trend make improvement plans for commercial execution and enhanced business outcome of the LOC
(*). Marketing Excellence:
- Drive the execution, implementation and internalization of new marketing model/CORE aligned EM Comex in LOC
- Aligned with EM Marketing Excellence for all Marketing Excellence related topics and leading the execution into LOC
- Embed and growth the LOC marketing competency through leading the MKT my skill assessment outcomes, find out patterns, correlations if exist between technical and business skills to understand marketing team strength and weakness to identify training needs for LOC and EM SE
- Develop and provide tailored marketing competency development program and innovative training courses for the LOC marketers through collaboration with cross functions relevant to MKT capability: HR, , selling excellence and global partners in the learning team
- Develop relevant content in collaboration with the third parties for marketer's competency development
- Collaborate with EM Marketing Excellence to launch Brand plan and Operation plan to LOC
- Understand and communicate regulatory and compliance risks related to marketing model and marketer's capabilities

Yêu cầu

(*). Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Medical back ground is advantage
- Bachelors degree with an MBA Degree.
- Min 3-5 years experience in Training and /Sales/Marketing/ commercial or related areas
- Pharma experience is an asset
- Perfect planning, prioritiziation and decision making capabilities
- Commercial experience is an asset
- Excelellence in oral and written communication skills both VN and English
- People management experience is critical
- Capable of working across boundries and functional areas
- High resilience and agility
- Demonstrate project management skills, analytical skills, problem solving, commercial understanding, market awareness and sound business knowledge
(*). Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- High level of problem solving ability to ensure the training cycle is continuously developed
- High level of clinical understanding required to effectively develop and deliver sessions on training cycle
- Ability Influence key stakeholders on the needs of initial and modified training
