Mô tả công việc
01. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT:
• Design, develop, and update public speaking courses tailored to the needs
of B2B and B2C clients.
• Ensure alignment of programs with industry standards, client goals, and
learner expectations.
• Conduct regular assessments and improvements to program content
based on feedback and emerging trends.
• Ensure Academic Team's KPIs achievements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
02. INSTRUCTOR MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:
• Instructor management and development:
• Manage, support, and mentor a team of instructors, ensuring they meet
high standards of teaching quality and professionalism.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new instructors.
• Conduct regular evaluations of instructors' performance, provide
constructive feedback, and organize professional development
opportunities.
03. STRATEGIC PLANNING & IMPROVEMENT:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define academic strategies that
align with EIY overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to propose innovative
improvements to existing programs and teaching methods.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of the company by exploring new
educational offerings, formats, and delivery methods.
04. QUALITY ASSURANCE & REPORTING:
• Ensure that all academic programs are delivered in accordance with EIY
quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Oversee the assessment and evaluation processes, including exams,
feedback surveys, and performance reviews.
• Provide regular reports on academic performance, learner satisfaction,
and program outcomes to senior management.
05. LEARNER SUPPORT & ENGAGEMENT:
• Champion a learner-centric approach, ensuring that the needs of all
learners are met throughout their journey.
• Develop strategies for improving learner engagement, retention, and
satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze feedback from learners, instructors, and other
stakeholders to enhance program delivery and overall experience.
• Maintain a focus on ensuring a positive net promoter score (NPS) by
consistently delivering quality academic experiences

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in public speaking, training, or communication coaching.
• Minimum of 3 years in an academic or training management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of
managing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum design and educational technology.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including corporate
clients and individual learners
• Proven experience in public speaking, training, or communication coaching.
• Minimum of 3 years in an academic or training management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of
managing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
