Client Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for client, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Foster strong partnerships through proactive communication, updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all deliverables align with client goals and brand guidelines.
Project Planning and Execution
• Receiving Orders and reporting project progress; providing quality oversight
• Communicate with stakeholders for RFQ, sample, schedule, quality, engineering, logistic etc.
• To work closely with client and Tag internal teams ensuring the briefs and
requirements are fully understood and the whole process is conducted to deadline.
• Provide technical input and advice on projects as required.
• Implements and uses management information systems.
• Manage WIP and P/L report to manager by weekly base.
Compliance and Finance
• Responsible for preparing accurate quotations before submission to the client.
• Ensure the most competitive costs are achieved for each project.
• Adhere to best practice procedures and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and share recommendations with the team.
• Oversee invoice collection and reconciliation processes to ensure timely payments.
• Submit timely and accurate data to account administration for immediate key-in.
Internal Coordination and Knowledge Sharing
• Liaise with internal teams, including operations, creative, and logistics, to ensure alignment on client deliverables.
• Share insights from the client to internal stakeholders to continuously improve
processes and outputs.
• Leverage the RACI model to ensure clear accountability and responsibility across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
• Gather post-project feedback to refine processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.
• Participate in regular team reviews and contribute to process optimization efforts.
Yêu cầu
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client service, or a related role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of POSM production and procurement processes, including materials such as paper, wood, acrylic, and metal.
• Familiarity with brand and retail operations, ensuring deliverables meet client standards.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and track project profitability.
• Expertise in preparing accurate quotations and achieving competitive project costs.
• Strong knowledge of cost-saving strategies and financial reconciliation processes.
