Senior Account Executive

Job Summary
Kim Chỉ is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executive in Hanoi.
The Senior Account Executive will manage your own projects or clients; supporting Account Manager in project pitching and planning, while being mainly responsible for project execution.
You will coordinate with other departments (such as Creative, Media, and Social) as well as freelancers and 3rd party vendors to ensure the timely and quality delivery of project work.
You will make regular reports to Account Manager and Account Director about the status of ongoing projects, and propose solutions to project issues.
To be truly successful in this role, you will need a strong passion for Marketing, an ability to connect and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (from clients to internal team and external partners), and the ability to solve critical issues under strong pressure.
Scope of Work
Support the pitching process for new projects as assigned, including understanding client brief, briefing to internal team, preparation of proposals, and other requirements.
Responsible mainly for the execution of projects; and be responsible for timely delivery and quality of results.
Collaborate closely with Creative Department, Social Department & Media Department, influencing the task to fit with clients' requirements.
Provide Accounting Department as well as management with necessary project data and record as required.
Additional support with other projects as required.
Key Qualifications
3+ years working experience in an advertising agency, preferably in the Account function.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, strong storytelling capabilities, with strong oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
Good taste in creative, and the ability to meaningfully feedback on creative work.
Knowledgeable and up-to-date with Marketing trends and technologies
Ability to work smoothly in a team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Key Benefits:
Fixed salary up to 20M VND/month.
