Senior Account Executive

• Support the Account Manager in overseeing and executing media performance campaigns, focusing on strategic planning, performance analytics, and media optimization.
• Play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the effective delivery of media performance strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Account & Relationship Management:
   1. Work alongside the Account Manager to maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their performance marketing needs and objectives.
   2. Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, results, and an in-depth understanding of digital media landscapes.
   3. Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing data-driven insights and solutions.
2. Performance Media Planning & Execution:
   1. Collaborate in the development of media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on performance metrics.
   2. Assist in the execution and optimization of media campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, programmatic).
   3. Work closely with data and analytics teams to monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.
3. Collaboration with Creative and Technical Teams:
   1. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that media strategies are complemented by suitable creative content.
   2. Liaise with technical teams to integrate and leverage technologies for campaign tracking and optimization.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
   1. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
   2. Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and ROI.
5. Professional Development and Team Support:
   1. Engage in continuous learning about the latest trends and best practices in media performance and digital marketing.
   2. Support and mentor junior team members such as Account Executives and interns.
6. New Business Development:
   1. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within the realm of media performance.
