ROLE PURPOSE
The position is critical to the success of the business, plays as one of the key players in the team to ensure client serving and grow revenue. He/She will take responsibility in leading the team, keeping strong connection with client in both business and daily life and searching for new business opportunities.
The person must be capable of helping to deliver the company strategy, objectives, specifically developing best practices typically for a range of clients under the direct responsibility of this person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Client management:
· Lead key client relationships, ensuring that client servicing is first class.
· Manage and ensure quality of our services to Clients (especially sponsors for football, marathon and other sports).
· Management and handling of key client briefs, projects and requests, including the refinement of the above
· Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requests including presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc. and providing regular updates to clients on the progress and statuses of projects.
· Follow-up and manage: opportunities, sales, invoicing, and ensure growth as per KPIs and turnover objective.
· Present and pitch our services to potential clients in a competitive context.
· Support CEO/line manager in developing initiatives and new business opportunities.
· Maintain high-level contacts within business and industry relations.
· Independently and in partnership with the appropriate Dentsu partners, develop, refine and implement
business development strategy.
· Handle sensitive topics and provide issue management consulting
· Manages systems for forecasting accurate revenue/income and track progress
· Willing to travel frequently domestically and internationally, as well as work outside regular hours, as required for sports tournaments.

· Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organization's long-term sustainability and competitiveness. Be able to adopt learnings/highlights to client's proposals proactively.

REQUIREMENT
1. Key Experiences:
· Have more than 8-year experience including 4+ years leading team in advertising/ marketing agencies
· Lead medium client/team
· Strong management experience and skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you.
· Strong understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the advertising business.
· Confident in presentation
· IMC experience
2. Professional skills:
· Good all-round client knowledge
· Commercial acumen.
· Fluence in Vietnamese and English. Japanese speaking is an advantage.
