Job Description
We're seeking a passionate Senior Account Manager to join our team!
In this role, you'll be the quarterback for our valued clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. You'll act as the bridge between clients and our creative, event, and digital departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
Build and nurture client relationships, fostering ongoing collaborations and new projects
Actively expand our reach, secure new clients to generate new business.
Manage integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Maintain project quality by overseeing deliverables, keeping clients informed of progress, and guaranteeing reliable execution.
Lead, coach and guide your team of executives to deliver exceptional project outcomes
Identify fresh ideas and sharing them with the team.
Continuously evaluate projects and team resources to drive improvements
Foster a collaborative spirit, both internally and externally.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
At least 2 years' experience as a Manager in an ATL agency is required.
Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines consistently
Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to organize and prioritize client needs effectively.
Possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant programs.
Experience in event and activation campaigns is a plus
