• Responsible for accounting entries in FAST
• Bank statements processing
• Review staff reimbursements, input accounting entries and arrange payment
• Execute monthly financial close process including journal entries and reconciliations within set company timelines
• Responsible for the accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Compute the salaries as well as the income tax for all staff and create the payroll request to the management
• Prepare the PIT declaration sheet (Form05 and Form02) by working with an outsourcing firm
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Preparation of financial reports and consolidation reports by working with an outsourcing firm
• Cooperate with internal departments and external clients/parents and affiliates of the group efficiently and smoothly
• Implement and maintain accounting and internal control procedures
• Develop and streamline internal processes
• Support the annual budget preparation
• Responsible for compiling supporting documentation for annual external audits and interfacing with the audit team
• Responsible for taxation matters and local statutory requirements, such as tax filings, government reports
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities, account discrepancies, or enquires in time
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders incl. tax consultancy firms, auditors, government authorities, banks
• Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and the Company's policies and procedures
• Back up other staff as requested and directed
• Complete other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations
