Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Binh Thanh District.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Be the focal point for managing output invoices and sales debt (including payment policies for customers, suppliers, and employees). Play an important role in updating information and providing training to the finance department and related departments on relevant regulations on invoices and documents for the company's transactions. Implement necessary controls related to credit limits and terms, create customer profiles based on transaction history. Be the focal point in developing corresponding functions of the ERP system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP):
Receive and process AR information and issue invoices.
Manage AP documents, book expenses, and handle payments.
Conduct debt release procedures for both AR and AP.
Generate and analyze reports for informed decision-making.
Travel and Expense Handling: Receive, verify, and process employee travel and expense claims.
Financial Management:
Reconcile AR accounts and control tax-related activities.
Execute internal control procedures for accuracy and compliance.
Generate cashflow reports for financial liquidity insights.
Documentation and Miscellaneous:
Maintain organized financial documentation and filing.
Undertake other duties assigned by Accounting Lead and Finance Director.
