Manage full set of accounts in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant regulations
Update weekly report (financial forecast, ARAP report and etc) and directly report to a foreign boss in English
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT where applicable)
Proactively identify and mitigate tax risks, including exposure to penalties and audits
Handle and optimize invalid/unsupported expenses common in logistics operations, ensuring compliance while minimizing tax burden
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks
Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
Implement internal controls to improve accuracy and prevent financial leakage
Support management with financial analysis and tax planning strategies
Ensure all statutory deadlines are met without delays
Yêu cầu
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-10 years of accounting experience (mandatory)
Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and compliance practices
Experience in handling tax audits and minimizing tax liabilities legally
High level of accuracy and strong numerical ability
Proficient in accounting software and Excel
Fluent in English (mandatory) - both written and spoken
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam)
Experience working in foreign-invested companies
Familiarity with cross-border transactions and transfer pricing basics
