Mô tả công việc
Division: Business Office
Position: Senior Accountant
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Working Hours: From 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Monday through Friday
Job Responsibilities:
● Process daily invoice posting and bank payment weekly to ensure compliance & accurate & timely;
● Receive & Review payment requests to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations;
● Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence for files in order;
● Accounting for fixed assets & fixed assets management to ensure proper supporting documentation & good controls on existence.
● Responsible for interest and debt booking & analysis
● Review and reconcile campus card/inventory transactions
● Tax declarations & review periodically, Tax review & assessment for management purposes on an ad-hoc basis
● Perform account/transactions reconciliation (BS reconciliation, revenue reconciliation) and resolve/report the reconciling items in a timely manner.
● Ensure accuracy journal entries including month end & year end closing entries, responsible for revenue/cost allocations/amortization, accruals with proper supporting documents;
● Responsible for Month-end, quarter-end & year end closing books, prepare PL, BS and cash flows and analyze financial information to ensure accuracy & completeness
● Working closely & maintaining good communication with other departments for payment process, accrual process & other processes.
● Support in Liaise with external parties such as banks, insurer, regulators (when required)
● Assist in preparation of supporting documentation for audits or regulatory visits
● Cross-train with accounting staff to provide additional support and coverage during vacations.
● Assist/Participate/lead projects relating to accounting as required
● Assist Accounting Manager on other duties as required.

Key Competencies:
Technical capacity
i. Education / qualification
● University Degree in finance & accounting
● Professional accounting qualification highly regarded. (ACCA, CPA)
ii. Experience
● At least 5-year experience in a similar role, preferably in international/multinational organizations
iii Technical knowledge
● Good understanding of analysis techniques, Vietnamese accounting, business laws and best business practices
● High level of proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office as whole
● Extensive experience with ERP accounting systems
● Strong oral and written English skill
