Mô tả công việc
This position will in charge of Thailand market and report to Regional Accounting Manager (Thai):
• Prepare managerial financial and accounting reports
• Analyze accounting and financial data and related information, interpret and able to present to related parties correctly
• Analyze and understand commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
• Validate data and ensure correctness of the report generated by accounting team and the system
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Understand business process, company policy, operational and financial workflow and ERP system functions and designs.
• Assist on system set up, maintenance as well as Implementing and testing of solutions
• Managing deadlines and progress to ensure set plan is delivered on time and on budget
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. Inform supervisor as well as be a focal person on solving the issues.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change when needed
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be produced in-house
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Yêu cầu
• 6+ years of experience in business finance/ General accounting/ Audit or other relevant fields
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with data query and other management tools is a plus (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
• Experience in using ERP and deliver software training is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills by English
