Senior Accountant

1. Tax, audit and statutory reports
· Responsible for tax and accounting, ensure compliance to local regulations and internal SKF rules and guidelines.
· Monthly, ensure all tax reports including CIT, VAT, withholding tax was made in compliant with local tax and accounting policy.
· Quarterly prepare CIT amount for temporary payment.
· Yearly prepare and submit FCT, PIT, CIT finalization report, statutory account.
· Assist the finance manager/chief accountant any internal audit request and annual audit activities, transfer pricing for local statutory reporting and group consolidation purpose.
· Work directly with Tax authorities, external Auditors, Lawyers...
· Handle reports to statistical department, DPI and any other statutory report.
2. Credit Controlling
· Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
· Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
· Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
· Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
· Review AR aging to ensure compliance
· Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
· Investigate and resolve customer queries
· Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
3. Accounting Operation
· Work closely with Finance Operation Center on P2P (AP, AR, GL), O2C, R2R processes to ensure timely and quality reporting.
· Maintain the accuracy and reconciliation between internal systems.
· Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
· Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
· Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.
· Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager/Business Controller
