Senior Accountant

Are you a seasoned accountant ready to elevate your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. We're seeking a dedicated professional to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Precision in Transactions: Ensure accurate processing and recording of accounts payable transactions, overseeing invoices and staff reimbursements with adherence to accounting policies.
- Data Mastery: Maintain customer data and revenue, orchestrating seamless reconciliation between our revenue system (Qvant) and payment collection gateways (Momo, BaoKim, VNPT), along with vigilant management of bank collections.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize 1C accounting software to upload crucial data, including client information, contracts, revenue, and invoice management. Skillfully record revenue and receivables to guarantee daily reconciliation within the system.
- Diverse Entry Expertise: Enter entries into accounting software, covering accounts payables, credit card transactions, and staff reimbursements.
Expense Governance: Review and process credit card expense reports and receipts submitted by cardholders on a monthly basis.
- Analytical Proficiency: Undertake general accounts analysis and reconciliation encompassing bank statements, fixed assets, employee costs, accruals, advances, deposits, and prepaid expenses.
- Financial Insight: Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports, tax reports, and contribute to interim/annual audits.
- Adaptive Role: Tackle any additional tasks assigned by our CA/CEO, adding versatility and challenge to your role.
