Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant in this position will work on internal and external accounting and tax advice. The tasks include but are not limited to:
ACCOUNTING FOR CLIENTS
• Provide full accounting and tax declarations;
• Provide handling of Social Security and Labor Management;
• Provide group reporting by linking VAS accounting to group requirements;
• Provide payroll service, PIT declaration;
• Provide calculation of Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax;
• Provide advice on all related issues for optimization of processes;
• Administrative issues.
ADVICE
• Giving advice on specific matters of taxation and accounting;
• Cooperating with legal team on writing general information for clients on taxation and accounting.
OTHER TASKS
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time according to the needs of producing good results in the team.
As a Senior Accountant, you are required to:
• Work with clients on tax compliance and tax advice. You are expected to proactively advise clients with service minded attitude. Clients are mostly foreign invested English-speaking enterprises who expect that we will work with full legal compliance and provide economically effective pragmatic solutions;
• Effectively organize your client portfolio meet job deadlines as agreed with clients as well as your colleagues or required by laws;
• Provide sound and timely responses to clients' job queries;
• Act and behave in the best interest of the firm and to adhere to/promote the teamwork spirit within the firm and during the course of providing services to clients;
• Actively participate in and place due efforts and time for professional trainings, qualification exams, subscribed, recommended by the firm;
• Regularly update, learn and gain local and international accounting and tax regulations, practices and procedures, and various accounting software;
• Assist accounting services other senior accountant/manager/director/partner during the course of providing accounting and tax services to clients;
• Attend to other services tasks as assigned by manager/director/partner.
