Mô tả công việc

1. TOS payment:
• Ensure all rental fee & other deduction follow contract
• Ensure all payment supporting document being filed in order
• Respond all question from sales departments regarding to payment/debt reconciliation
• Ensure all new transaction consulted by tax team regarding tax issue before bookings
2. Direct purchase account
• Ensure all direct purchase have valid documents and correct accounting as guideline before interface/booking to SAP
• Ensure all payment supporting documents filed in order
• Respond all question from sales departments regarding to payment/debt reconciliation
• Ensure all new transactions consulted by tax team regarding tax issue
3. Other related jobs
• Ensure item stock balance positive
• Observe yearly physical stock-take to ensure the reliability of financial report, adjust inventory value accordingly to reflect the actual stock value
• Draw closing process for any new shop opened, consult with tax team to prepare well all tax issues
• Analyze gross margin, ensure all costs related to cost of sales controlled properly
4. Reporting
• Reconcile TB with BS & PL
• Prepare monthly financial statement,
• Prepare detail tabs in quarterly financial package
• Prepare other financial reports when required
• Execute other support tasks regarding to finance and business assigned by Chief accountant & General Manager

Yêu cầu

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance
- Work experience required: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Financial Accounting; Having experience in Audit Firm, FDI Firm is an advantage
- Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
- Have knowledge in Tax matter and Vietnamese accounting standard
- Honest, careful, good communication skill and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
