KEY DUTIES
Oversee full-cycle AP operations: invoice processing, 3-way matching, payment authorization, and disbursements.
Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
Maintain complete, audit-ready AP documentation and handle month-end closing activities.
Enforce strict financial controls to safeguard company assets against errors or unauthorized transactions.
Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and internal department heads.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Financial Control.
Strong background in financial reconciliation, P2P workflows, and aud
it support.
Fluent in English
for daily cross-functional communication.
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
