Senior Administration

Our company is looking for an organized and self-disciplined Senior Administration officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Office Administrator's role will include working closely with the leadership operation manager by handling clerical duties, coordinating with forwarder handling import & export documents and with accountant provider, research, translating and organizing meetings. In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills for both English/Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main tasks contacting with forwarder to handling import and export documents.
- Clerical Duties such as responding emails and preparing documents, including official correspondence, effective communication with decision-makers.
- Undertake translation work from Vietnamese to English.
- Performing Accounting bookkeeping tasks such as recording receipts and invoices, import and export documents, internal receipt records, research, monitoring accounts receivables
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company's operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed and multi-tasking is essential.
