Senior Administrator

1. Admin staff management (30%):
- Being a point of contact for in-coming administrative tasks, allocating them fairly, appropriately, effectively, and according to skill-set across the admin team .
- Managing IT, Equipment, Library, Nurse staff.
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate cover is in place for the admin team as and when required.
2. Student Buses & student meals management (30%):
- Responsible for the effective management of the transportation system both internal and external.
- Working with meal vendors/suppliers and manage all matters related to school meals and buses.
3. Green school activities (20%):
- Contribute the green school activities to creating a comfortable, clean, and healthy school environment.
- Management activities include planning, implementation, and monitoring the implementation of green school programs.
- Green School Program Management in Fostering Students' Characters.
4. School compliance management (20%):
- Develop and implement school compliance strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Regularly or irregularly control the implementation and level of compliance (laws, resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders, the Group's charter, systems of regulations/processes...) of department managers within the school.
- Prepare and issue new policies, guidelines related to school operation as requested.
- Report proposals and recommendations to handle arising issues regarding compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and written instructions of the Board of Directors for departments, divisions, and projects.
