How You'll Make an Impact
Affiliate and influencer are the compounding, low-marginal-cost side of EVO's acquisition mix. This role owns that stack end-to-end: the collaborator (CTV) network, the affiliate programme and its publisher partners, and the KOC/influencer roster. You design the commission mechanics, recruit and activate the network, and own both the volume it produces and the quality of what comes through it.
You thrive here if you run this channel like your own business - you know its unit economics better than anyone, you set your own targets above what is asked, and you are ambitious about how large this channel can become.
You are equally interested in growth and in fraud: a referral channel that scales on bad leads is a failure, not a win, and you know it before Risk tells you. You read performance by source weekly rather than at month-end, you design incentive mechanics with the gaming behaviour already anticipated, and you are comfortable shutting down a source that is producing volume but not quality.
What You'll Do
Programme Design & Economics
Design and own the CTV and affiliate mechanics - commission structures, qualification rules, attribution windows, anti-fraud conditions, and budget caps - and defend the unit economics behind them.
Model cost per activated card and per disbursed loan by source before scaling any new mechanic.
Network Building & Activation
Recruit, verify, onboard, train, and tier the CTV network; drive the share of collaborators who stay active month over month, not just the number registered.
Develop affiliate networks and publishers: negotiate terms, manage tracking implementation, and run periodic reconciliation.
Influencer & KOC
Build and run the KOC/influencer roster - selection, briefing, contracting, content approval, and performance measurement against agreed outcomes.
Partner with Brand to keep every piece of published content on message and compliant with advertising rules for credit products.
Operations, Quality & Risk
Run the weekly operating rhythm: performance by collaborator and by source, commission disputes, payout cycles with Operations and Reconciliation.
Detect and act on fraud signals and low-quality lead patterns; work with Risk and Compliance to close gaps in the mechanic rather than patching case by case.
Reporting & AI-Augmented Operations
Report programme performance weekly and monthly - active collaborators, volume by source, cost per outcome, valid lead rate - with a clear recommendation attached.
Use AI to accelerate source-level analysis, content brief production, and collaborator communication at scale.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
Minimum 3 years running affiliate, referral, collaborator, or influencer programmes.
Hands-on experience designing commission mechanics and operating a network of several hundred collaborators or more.
Strong command of tracking and reconciliation - UTM, postbacks, affiliate links, resolving data discrepancies between platforms.
Financial services, insurance, or fintech background is a strong plus, where leads must pass an approval step before they count.

You use AI actively to expand your own capacity - analysing source performance, drafting briefs, and preparing payout reconciliations faster than the volume of the network would otherwise allow.
You take initiative before being asked: you spot an anomalous source, form a hypothesis, test it, and bring back a finding rather than a question.
You connect commercial, risk, and brand considerations in a single decision instead of optimizing volume in isolation.
You challenge incentive structures that have stopped working, including ones you designed.
Skills & Competencies
Business Owner - Takes full accountability for the channel's volume, cost, and lead quality; owns the consequence of a mechanic that gets gamed.
Relationship Manager - Sustains trust across a large collaborator base and with affiliate partners; measured by retention and active rate.
Domain Expert - Deep working knowledge of affiliate mechanics, attribution, and fraud patterns; able to coach the team and set the standard.
AI Operator - Applies AI to scale analysis and communication across a network far larger than the team supporting it.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability; able to analyse performance by source independently.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written - professional fluency required).
High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
