We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Operations to support affiliate business growth through platform partnership management, operational process optimization, campaign execution, and data-driven performance tracking across e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in affiliate or e-commerce operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting line: Affiliate Lead
Develop affiliate revenue plans and drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop/TAP, Shopee).
Establish affiliate operations process, including commission/voucher schemes, campaign calendar, SOPs, link setup, KOC assignment, tracking, and reconciliation.
Manage affiliate booking services, including livestream and e-commerce shop setup on marketplaces.
Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to support affiliate business growth.
Analyze e-commerce data and identify suitable KOCs for brand campaigns.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Operations, Affiliate Partnership, or E-commerce Operations.
Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or other affiliate networks is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong presentation, reporting, and slide development skills.
Good command of English for business communication.
