Newly found but rapidly grown, the TMT' AI Team is passionately working with close consultation and collaboration from a prestigious Professor from HCM University of Technology (Đại học Bách Khoa) whose expertise is in natural language processing and machine learning. OUR VISION is to apply the power of AI in Chatbot to finally understand the mysteries of human language, speech, communication, emotions, and real intent in real life.

Ongoing investigations in our team revolve around:

- Computer Vision: Object detection, Image-based product classification, etc.

- Natural Language Processing: Automatic question answering, text classification, etc.

- Other AI-related techniques: Data pre-processing and cleaning, automatic labelling and model re-training

Senior

● Understanding the end user's requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document for the Chatbot development or implementation

● Providing technical approach before implementation & make detailed plan for requirement

● Developing chatbot queries and responses model based on the uses input in the form of chatbot consumable format

● Transforming the user requirement into the Chabot flow and designing appropriate modules for training and integration to the user interface

● Coordinating with different functional teams to implement models into the production system and monitor the outcomes

● Designing, developing and testing large-scale data science pipeline and machine learning algorithms;

● Researching and investigating academic and industrial data mining, machine learning and modeling techniques for product improvements;

Must-have technical skills

- Good knowledge in at least one of the following: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc.)

- Having domain expertise in training NLP models

- Good implementation experience with high-level languages, especially Python

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Shell environments, Docker

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/ Azure

2. Must-have soft skills

- Good interpersonal, self-organized, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills

- Passionate about quality, productivity of the work and maintainability of the final product

- Good communication of your ideas & knowledge to teammates

- Showing great team spirit and excellent communication skills

3. Good-to-have skills

- Working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa

- Experience working with unstructured data related to text, voice and image analytics

- Knowledge of state of art NLP models;

Education and Experience

- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Applied Math or related field;

- At least two year experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AI solutions;

• Salary:

+ Negotiable Up to $2500 with junior and senior
