Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement/automation opportunities, drive effective SDLC processes, and deliver automation roadmaps.
Maintain and enhance current automation solutions for risk assessment, scoping, testing, quality assurance processes to strengthen risk management and streamline program activities.
Design and implement new automation and risk mitigation solutions to address data and analytics problems, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging new technologies where possible.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable self-serve reporting tools and other infrastructure enhancements to monitor and report on program metrics and results, providing visibility and insights.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, reconcile conflicts, and decompose information into details to drive decision-making.

Yêu cầu

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
Experience in Programming and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP.
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), accounting processes and terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Ability to identify process gaps and highlight process improvement opportunities.
