Senior Architect/ Building engineer

 Bachelor's degree in building design engineering or equivalent
 More than 10 years relevant experience in Architect Design in Industrial project such as Healthcare or Life Science Projects
 Experience of management complete cycle of EPC project and exposure to Food factory, Pharmaceutical factory or Hospital
 Have design license or/ and supervision license in building architecture is a plus
 Have experience in GMP, HACCP regulation is a benefit
 Have experience for coordination of logistic equipment such as AS/RS auto warehouse or medical equipment with building design is a benefit
 Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage
 Knowledge of international codes and Vietnamese law and regulations relating to building design
 Great communication (written/verbal) through exceptional spoken and written English as well as Vietnamese is also essential.
 Willing to work in overseas and work at construction sites in other provinces
 Open minded and would like to have long time employment with our company
