Mô tả công việc

(A) ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR:

Coordination of technical information (TSA) between hotel and resort operators and subcontractors participating in the project.
Advise the Board of Directors on matters of planning, design, engineering and operation of hotels and resort.
Performing related professional work such as planning, architecture, interior, landscape, signs.
Acting as the contact point and attending meetings and working with foreign partners: hotel operators & all credit institutions participating in the project.
Coordinate and prepare legal documents for licensing from competent state agencies.
Prepare files, documents, interpreters, secretaries of meetings.
Perform other related tasks at the request of the Board of Director.

(B) ASSISTANT ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER

Report to Design Manager for all issues related to architectural design
Support Design Manager for his/her all role & responsibilities
Management and coordination of design process for architectural
Coordination of architectural design matter between other team
Control architectural Master Construction Drawing/Shop Drawing List
Ensure architectural drawings are sorted and disseminated to the relevant party/persons
Ensure architectural drawing changes based on the Client's confirmation
Manage architectural construction drawings and sub-contractor shop drawings
Manage architectural technical queries and details with consultants and sub-contractors
Provide technical advice for select appropriate construction method considering architectural matter
Review proposed plans, specifications and details for code compliance and feasibility
Any issue related to Design department

(C) DESIGN MANAGER
Coordinate all design matters relating to the project, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget:

Having input into the tendering process: selecting, or having input into the selection of, specialist subcontractors or other organisations that will help complete the project work
Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
Managing processes relating to the project's design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget, working very closely with estimators, quantity surveyors, site managers and other key members of the project team
Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the client's brief
Conducting financial, technical and operational risk assessments and advising on risks, opportunities and potential hazards
Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, codes and legislation
Chairing design meetings, writing reports and giving presentations.

Yêu cầu

COMMON QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: At least 03 years of experience working in the field of project coordination of luxury hotel & real estate. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a multinational company environment.
Qualification: University graduate or higher, priority is given to major in architecture.
English: proficiently use all four skills of listening - speaking - reading - writing.
Proficiency in office computer.

Other requirements:

Good problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
Hardworking, careful, honest and passionate about working in the hospitality & real estate industry
