Senior Architect

CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full-time position of SENIOR ARCHITECT to work in the HCM Office or HN Office. Priority to those who are proficient in spoken and written in both English and Korean and work with Korean clients and local and overseas projects. Also have experience in Aviation/Residential/Data Center projects
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
• To complete design studies, design reports, drawing designs, technical specifications, cost estimate and other design functions as required by Line Manager.
• At each stage of the drawing design (concept or sketch - basic or schematic - detailed or construction), have to work closely with other internal disciplines (C&S, M&E, QS) or external consultants to produce reports, presentation to client, document submission to authority for approval (such as PCCC), construction specification and review of third party
• Undertake supervision duties for the supervision of architectural works such as contract documentation, tender evaluation, supervision, quality control and documentation of correspondence including site visits and audits.
• To manage team members and drafting staff to implement design activities as required.
• To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives in order to get the priorities, establish work program and report progress.
• To communicate with contractors to monitor the progress of a project and they sometimes communicate with clients, noting their requests, answering their questions, and sending them project updates.
• To be familiar with the best practice and relevant Vietnamese and international design standards.
• To promote activities of the company by reporting any commercial opportunities that may arise.
