(Senior) Architect

The Role: Senior Architect & Architect
Key Responsibilities
For both Senior Architect & Architect:
- Develop architectural design concepts, studies, reports, drawings, and documentation across all project stages;
- Prepare architectural presentations, authority submission documents, and compliance checks;
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams (CS, MEP, QS) and external consultants;
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and presentations;
- Conduct site visits and support construction supervision when required;
- Ensure all design outputs comply with Vietnamese and applicable international standards.
Additional scope for Senior Architect:
- Lead and manage assigned projects and design packages;
- Oversee contract documentation, tender processes, site supervision, quality control, and audits;
- Act as a key point of contact with clients, vendors, and sub-consultants;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects.
