The Role: Senior Architect & Architect
Key Responsibilities
For both Senior Architect & Architect:
- Develop architectural design concepts, studies, reports, drawings, and documentation across all project stages;
- Prepare architectural presentations, authority submission documents, and compliance checks;
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams (CS, MEP, QS) and external consultants;
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and presentations;
- Conduct site visits and support construction supervision when required;
- Ensure all design outputs comply with Vietnamese and applicable international standards.
Additional scope for Senior Architect:
- Lead and manage assigned projects and design packages;
- Oversee contract documentation, tender processes, site supervision, quality control, and audits;
- Act as a key point of contact with clients, vendors, and sub-consultants;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects.

Key Requirements
Minimum Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or above in Architecture from an accredited university;
- Senior Architect: Practicing License in Architectural Design is mandatory.
Minimum Years/Type of Experience
- Architect: 1-5 years of professional experience in Architectural design;
- Senior Architect: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with involvements in large-scale or complex projects.
Language Proficiency
- English: Professional working;
- Additional languages: Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, any other applicable software would be an advantage;
- Understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative platforms (e.g. BIM 360, ACC);
- Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and submission requirements (required for Senior level).
Functional Competencies
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
- Architect: Strong willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior team members;
- Senior Architect: Client-facing capability and leadership mindset.
