We are looking for a Senior Art Director (Team Leader) to join our diversified creative team at PNJ Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Senior Art Director:
Provide distinctive art concepts for all channels, including but not limited to advertising, digital, in-store experiences and social media;
Lend support and guidance to Art team members; Designers and other stakeholder within PNJ group
Be able to work on multiple jobs concurrently and under pressure;
Conceptualize, produce and supervise to deliver high-quality, creative artworks
Accept constructive criticism and respond in smart way
Excellently communicate ideas and present artwork persuasively with brand teams and stakeholders
Recommend and update regularly new formats and tools to leverage in projects from art-side
Conquer the brand with consistency across visual assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.
As a Team Leader
Participate in day-to-day communication with key team members and partners to identify the right times to execute and the right times to delegate;
Meet deadlines and manage art team traffic in collaboration with other teams within Creative (Design, Copy, Production) and other stakeholders
Train and share updates regularly to enhance expertise and soft skills for art team in particular
Build a team to win together not a halo for yourself at the end
