This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a fast-moving technology startup based in the UK and IRL and soon entering the US and global market.
We are looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Leader with a passion for all types of Digital Marketing, who will work closely with the CEO and agencies on a day-to-day basis.

We would love if you have the following qualities:
1. Competent in writing and reviewing copy, generating ideas for social posting and can manage multiple social media accounts
2. Comfortable with, and have experience of, running influencer-led campaigns on social media
3. Able to create ideas, structure and copy for landing pages (but work with a Copy agency for heavy work)
4. A passionate idea-generator for social media posting and content both for organic reach, and for paid marketing ads
5. Ability to plan and launch B2B and B2C campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
You will be passionate about social media content and consuming content across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram particularly.
You will have support within the team, but also from multiple agencies including SMMA, Webflow, and Copy agencies.
Your role should therefore primarily be to generate ideas, steer the brand perception, and be on top of our brand on social media and web.
Your ideas should be turned into good content, ads, and webpages with support where needed - consider this as the most important capability.
It is desirable if you know how to run, monitor and optimise ads on Meta, Google and TikTok, but not absolutely necessary.
IMPORTANT:
You will qualify for performance bonuses based on your ability to generate MQLs.
