Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
***Direct monitor end to end operation for Stations (Drop off point/Collection point/Pickup/Return...), supervises day-to-day Stations performance: Volume, utilization, [protected info] to the line manager for the inefficient stations and propose actions plan.
- Daily working with related teams to monitor Station Pickup performance, increase % same day Pickup, Station Pickup lead time,
- Working with stations for daily operations / At stations support for incidents.
- Working with Pickup team for scheduled audit and also mystery audit to maintain the stations service quality
- Arrange onboarding training for new stations and periodically refresh training for current stations to make sure the ops processes are maintained correctly
- Expand stations network based on the strategy.
- Prepare the required equipment for launching new stations.
- Be prepared and active for the diversified operations models.
- Verifying and raising monthly payment for Stations
- Preparing monthly performance reports
- Monthly meeting with Partners to review performance
*** Following up with line manager to increase PSAT also the issue registered on Stations from seller survey in regards to Station Operational
- Escalate to line manager for system issues or system enhancement
- Implement projects to promote station services to Sellers/Customers
Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

***Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities
-Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism
-Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations
-Self-motivated and empower others to achieve objectives and to develop a culture where employees feel ownership in what they do, attract, develop, and retain good people; allow opportunities for self and others to reach their full potential.
-Two years or more working experience in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations including supervisory experience managing people.
-Bachelor degree
-Good at English
